Best US Southeastern States To Hold Soccer Seminars.
Soccer was slow to catch on in the South. However, once it did, it has continued to grow in popularity year after year. Schools across the Southeast have started adding soccer to their list of sports offered, and the future of soccer in the South is brighter than ever. Two cities in particular have really embraced soccer, and would make excellent locations to hold a soccer seminar.
Atlanta, Georgia: Atlanta is the unofficial “capital” of the South. Residents of Atlanta have been quick to catch on to the soccer craze. With plenty of schools in Atlanta offering soccer, and plenty of individual soccer leagues, this city should be considered a prime sport for soccer seminars.I found some more information here.
Birmingham, Alabama: When people think of Birmingham and sports, they likely first think of American football. However, Birmingham has developed a strong following of soccer. After hosting popular preliminary soccer events while the summer Olympics in Atlanta were were taking place, there was no turning back.
Either of these Southern cities, as well as the states they are located in, would be great locations for hosting a soccer seminar. While all Southern states should be considered, Alabama and Georgia truly stand out from the rest.
